Do you have in person hours?
Currently, I do not offer in person hours on a regular basis, however, if you are local and want to schedule a time to meet in person, you can request that via the bookings link, just be sure to indicate in your message that you want to meet in person.
Do you offer virtual office hours for Q&A?
All virtual office hours will be listed on our social media channel and announced in our newsletter so be sure you are subscribe to receive my emails so you don't miss out!
Do you accept payments or offer a payment plan?
All items eligible for purchase on the website are due at the time of purchase in full. Custom work will be quoted after the discovery call and payment plan options will be outlined in your proposal.
Do you offer hourly work or monthly guarantees?
In some cases, I have offered my work on an hourly basis and/or a month to month basis to help businesses achieve their design needs. If you are in need of a more long term commitment from me, please be sure to mention this in our discovery call. It is helpful to know the estimated project length (number of weeks/months) and the hourly commitment you are needing me to make.
What program(s) do you design in?
I primarily use the Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign, Lightroom, etc. I also use Canva when it is required or asked of me to.
Can I change my mind once you've started custom work?
Change is inevitable. Part of my brand coaching process is asking questions that create thought and promote action. It is expected that some direction may shift during our time together, and I have room for that to take place naturally as we work through the process together. If it is a complete change of scope of the project, however, a new proposal will be issued before we progress.
Do you offer discounts on custom work?
Sometimes I do. These will be announced on our social media and/or newsletter, or may be extended to you personally at the time of proposal.
Can I pay for someone else's brand creation?
That's is super kind of you to ask. I have had others offer to pay for installments of branding for a friend and will work directly with you and the recipient to make arrangements. All you have to do is send me an email or reach out on the contact form.
Ooops, there's an error on my design, but it's already finalized, what can I do?
Part of showing up for you at my most authentic, imperfect self may mean that I mess up. During the customization process, you'll have a chance to check over the proof before it is finalized, hopefully catching any errors or omissions. Once you sign off on the final proof, files are finalized as is. If then you discover the error, please reach out to me ASAP. there is a fee for the correction, but it won't be the same as the original fees.
Do you work with people outside of the USA?
Unfortunately, no, due to various reasons, we only work with individuals in the USA.
How do I get access to the Client Portal?
Once you agree to work with me on a custom project, you'll be sent information on joining the client portal. This is only for custom design clients.
Do I have to sign your contract in order to get my designs?
All custom work requires a contract at the start of the job to ensure protection for both you and I. Your scope of work and payment terms will be outlined in the contract as well as what copyright terms you'll have with your designs once you receive them. Failure to sign or agree with the terms and conditions set forth in your contract will result in refusal of design.
