
Authentically Anchored - Your Roadmap to a Joyful Life
When reading through Authentically Anchored, there are four sections that help you maximize your transition to authentic living.
Chapters 1-2: You start at your lowest point - at the bottom of the ocean and start to come to surface with me. Together, we’ll start making small changes to a more hopeful future.
Chapters 3-8: You incorporate new habits and draw closer to God during these chapters as you work to figure out who you are in this new season.
Chapters 9-13: You work on incorporating your faith and new habits, with the lessons provided as you make progress towards personal growth.
Chapters 14-16: You have put in the work to rebuild your life and are now ready to rebrand and live your life in a way that brings you joy.
One thing that I learned was no matter how much I wanted my life to shift or change into a place that I could enjoy it, it wouldn't just change unless I was willing to do something to change it.
Taking action is an act of obedience that is rewarded with joy, love, peace, and understanding.
I wrote Authentically Anchored to take you from your lowest moment and bring you up and out of the ocean back onto the shore firmly planted. What you do from there is entirely up to you.
Each chapter ending has questions for you to answer in your journal for times of reflection. However, if you are someone who is ready to take action today, I recommend you include the Companion Workbook because it takes each chapter and enlarges the lesson for you by providing you with space to do the work.
Each exercise in the workbook is something I did to help me figure out who it is that I am and who it is I want to be.
