Every collaboration begins with a free introductory call. After our call, if we are a good fit to work together, you’ll receive a proposal outlining your project and the fees. Once you approve the proposal, you’ll be sent a contract. After the contract is signed, an invoice will auto-generate and be split into any applicable payment plans agreed upon. A deposit is required to begin work and will be outlined in your contract. When we work together, you’ll receive communication outline which phase your project is in and a timeline. There will be time for proofing and review on all creative projects with design elements. Upon completion of your project, your files and assets will be sent when the final payment has been received.

Creative partnerships are monthly. Scope of work is outlined at the beginning of each month and reviewed at the end of each month.
Brand intensive is a 6-8 week process.
Strategy sessions are a week process to allow time for strategy planning.

Availability varies on client workload. To ensure your project can fit within my existing schedule, plan ahead! The sooner you can get on my schedule, the better. To be fair to all clients, I often do not take on rush jobs as they negatively impact my existing workflow and client load. If your job is a rush job and it cannot be avoided, I am open to discussion to see if your project can comfortably fit within my schedule. *Please note, rush jobs have an additional rush fee.
