• Currently, I do not offer in person hours regularly, however, if you are local and want to schedule a time to meet in person, you can request that via the bookings link. Be sure to indicate when booking that you would like to meet in person.

  • All open virtual office hours are posted in my Facebook Group and announced in my Newsletter. If you require 1:1 time, please purchase consulting time.

  • All items eligible for purchase on the website are due at the time of purchase in full. Afterpay does give you options for payments if you need those. Custom work will be quoted after the design consultation call and payment plan options will be outlined in your proposal.

  • In some cases, I have offered my design work on hourly basis and/or a month to month basis to help businesses achieve their design needs. If you need a long term commitment from me, please be sure to mention this in our design consultation call. It is helpful to know the estimated project length (number of weeks/months) and the hourly commitment you need.

  • I primarily use the Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign, Lightroom, etc. I also use Canva when it is required or asked of me to. For eBook formatting I use a program designed for use with eReaders. I do not use AI generated content or create AI generated content.

  • Change is inevitable. Part of my design process is asking questions that create thought and promote action. It is expected that some direction may shift during our time together, and I have room for that to take place naturally as we work through the process together. If it is a complete change of scope of the project and/or 30% or more of a change from the initial scope, however, a new proposal will be issued before we progress. All deposits to begin work are non-refundable should you cancel the project after it has begun.

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to start all jobs and covers all work done up to the first revision. If you choose to cancel or change the scope of work more than 30%, you will not be refunded for the deposit you've made and you will be issued a new proposal and contract to outline the new scope of work.

  • Sometimes I do. These are announced on my social media and/or in my newsletter. You may also receive one personally extended to you at the time of proposal if you have been referred by someone.

  • This is so kind of you to consider. I have had others offer to pay for installments of design work for a friend and I will work directly with you and the recipient to make arrangements. You can email me with details, or if you'd prefer, you can purchase a gift card for your friend.

  • Part of showing up for you at my most authentic, imperfect self may mean that I mess up. During the customization process, you'll have the chance to check over the proof before it is finalized. Once you sign off on the final proof, files are finalized as is. If then you discover the error, please reach out to me ASAP. There is a fee for the correction. Your contract outlines the number of proofs included with your project.

  • This is outlined in your contract and varies with each project. Max amount of revisions is 3 with a max percentage revision of 30%. Any revisions over 30% result in a new project.

  • Unfortunately, no, due to various reasons, I only work with individuals in the USA. The same is true for product sales.

  • Once you agree to work with me on a custom project, you'll be sent information on joining the client portal. This is only for custom design clients.

  • All custom work requires a signed contract at the start of the job to ensure protection for both you and I. Your scope of work, payment terms, copyright terms, and more are included on your contract. Failure to sign or agree with the terms and conditions set forth in your contract will result in a refusal to design.

  • Thank you for your interest in my brand. Currently, I offer products on a wholesale basis. If you would like more information on how you can become a wholesale partner, please fill out the wholesale inquiry.

  • Due to the nature of the product, courses, workshops, and digitally downloaded products are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. If you purchased a digital product and did not receive the file(s), please contact me.

  • I do not provide Adobe source files, as the assets I use—such as fonts and textures—are licensed directly to me and are not transferrable. Granting access to these files would go against Adobe’s licensing terms, which I strictly adhere to in order to remain compliant with copyright laws.

My brand is more than just a business - it's an extension of me. I believe in honest transparency, and showing up for you at my most authentic, imperfect self.
