Though I am slightly behind schedule this year, I have finally arrived to my intentional planning for the year end. It feels good to make it to this point.

My 2026 planner pages were printed out several weeks back and still sit stacked on my table in my office awaiting my intentional planning session. Every day as I walked by it, I would feel guilty for having printed them but then not doing much beyond that.

If you are an entrepreneur, you likely have booked your weekends with markets and events to sell your wares so you can have income coming in. As the year speeds up and we near the end of it, many women of faith, especially creatives and entrepreneurs, feel torn between peace and pressure.

This is something that is weighing heavily on my heart today,and so I have changed what was originally set as this week's topic to explore this closer.

To put it simply, a servant leader is someone who puts the needs of others above their own.

Most servant leaders are either already doing it without realizing it, or feel a deep calling to step into this role. If your career is in management, you are a leader. If your business serves others by teaching them a skill you are an expert at, you are a leader.

When it comes to discovering your calling, we often think of it as a sudden clarity that just comes from knowing. Very rarely do we consider it potentially could be something that unfolds in the quiet spaces of our testimony. Your calling isn't always found in the extraordinary. It's discovered when you stop and look back at what God has already brought you through.

Often we struggle with knowing when to speak and what to share. Sharing your testimony is courageous. But what comes after you share it is also important. Protecting your story while also nurturing the healing that is still unfolding, and allowing God to continue to shape you through it is important.
